Use of Content and Materials

Any content, images, or graphics on this site are prohibited from being redistributed, copied, and/or reused without permission from the Upper Cumberland Development Division (UCDD). Using any type of software or program to modify, damage or impair the site in anyway is prohibited.

Use of Forums

Any content posted on the staff forums is prohibited from being illegal, obscene, offensive or unwelcome. Posting personal information about clients (social security numbers, date of births, etc.) is also prohibited. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate and permanent removal of posted content and/or you as a website and/or staff member.

Privacy Policy

Please consult our privacy policy for a complete overview. It is up to you keep your username and password confidential. We encrypt them when you log in, but if they are ever breached for any other reason, please inform the UCDD as soon as possible. Any internet transaction is never 100% secure. You assume this extremely small risk (we take measures to guard against any possible threat) when you log in and post content.
